2022.12.28カンボジアで中国製のプレハブ小屋と出会いました。
工場の人とかローカルの人とかにいいかな。
でも暑そう。

1・耐熱、遮熱がどの程度できるかが心配です。
2・何連棟まで連続で作れるのか。
3・何階建てまで積み上げられるのか。
答え2階
4・何棟かまとめて頼んだ方が安い等はありますか？
5・2000/㎡この金額に含まれているのは柱壁床天井以外にトイレ、シャワー、キッチン、階段、共用廊下等は含まれているのか。含まれていないのであればオプションでいくらかかるのか教えてほしいです。
6・保障は何年かあるのか。
7・耐久年数は何年を想定していますか。
答え5年
8・設置の際地面から何センチ上げた方がいい等のおすすめはありますか？
9・色は選べますか？
10・室内の壁、床、天井の素材は何ですか？またそれは別途費用ですか？
11・コンポンスプーまでの配送料はいくらですか？
Prefabricated house
1. The heat insulation effect depends on the thickness of the material. Normal is 5cm heat insulation board.
2. Normally, 2 containers can be stacked. We don’t suggest 3 levels. If require to stack 3 container, the material needs to be thickened and more cost will be required.
3. You can connect as many containers as you want in a row.
4. Large quantity can be discounted
5.1600＄Including door and windows, wall panels, electrical sockets, excluding walkways and toilets, 500$ for toilets, 250$ for walkways
6. 6 months warranty
7. Normal use for 10 years but needs maintenance
8. 20cm to 30cm above the ground
9. The color can be selected only when the quantity is large
